US-based Wealth Management Marketing has unveiled palns to merge with Angie Herbers, a firm serving the independent financial advisory industry.

The merged firm will be based in San Diego and include 14 employees.

The merger, which is expected to complete by July 2014, will create a new brand and a new name that is scheduled to roll out late this year or early in 2015.

The combined entity will offer comprehensive and coordinated business management solutions to financial advisory firms across all areas of their business including marketing, human capital, recruiting, operations and finance.

Additionally, the merger has been initiated in order to better serve mutual clients of both the firms.

As part of the merger, . Angie Herbers and its staff based in Manhattan will move to San Diego in July.
