Carmignac Gestion Luxembourg in the process of becoming a management compagny

In order to further structure its international development, Carmignac Gestion Luxembourg will request CSSF approval for an extension of its agreement to a Management Company status.

In addition to its historical role of global distributor, the Luxembourg subsidiary will then become the manager of the Carmignac Portfolio SICAV, and will further be able to expand the activity of its branches beyond their current scope of local marketers.

In order to conduct this development to a success, Carmignac Gestion has designated two of its senior managers, Eric Le Coz and Davide Fregonese, to become Managing Directors of this transformed Luxembourg Management Company, jointly with Antoine Bruneau currently Group Financial Controller.
