With effect from 2 July 2024, Terence Chow has been appointed as the group chief operating officer (COO) of Raffles Family Office, Asia’s multi-family office. In addition, he will be on the company’s board of management.

Chow will be in charge of the company’s procurement, corporate real estate, risk management, and business transformation initiatives.

He will also oversee the company’s technological and operational skills, fostering innovation to provide the greatest possible customer experience. Chow, who is based in Hong Kong, will report to Chi-man Kwan, the company’s group CEO and co-founder.

Moreover, Chow brings a wealth of expertise and insight from over two decades in the financial services sector to his current position.

He was formerly employed at the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) in a number of senior roles. Most recently, he served as CEO of Wealth Management-Asia, where he increased revenue and assets under management (AUM) while also improving its operational effectiveness.

Chow graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Western University of Canada’s Ivey School of Business.
