Singapore-based multi-family office Envysion Wealth Management has reportedly made its entry into Malaysia through a partnership with Malaysia-based integrated financial services group Bill Morrison.

Under the tie-up, the companies will operate on a joint Discretionary Portfolio Management model with the aim of securing $100m AUM initially.

The strategic partnership aims to provide Malaysian investors with the opportunity to re-domicile funds in Singapore through the recently introduced (Variable Capital Company) VCC fund.

It will also enable the investors to avail an international wealth management platform.

Envysion is a full-service wealth manager with expertise in family office solutions. The company, which was founded in January last year, marks its first offshore venture with the latest alliance.

Commenting on the development, Envysion Wealth Management founder and CEO Veronica Shim said that the partnership maximises the company’s competitive advantage in Asia.
