Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management (DeWAM) has hired Vinit Sahni to expand the services it offers ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Sahni leads a global team dedicated to serving clients with a sophisticated level of financial knowledge. Sahni will be based in London and will report to Dario Schiraldi, head of DeWAM’s global client group.
Schiraldi said, "Many professional investors naturally want to use their financial markets expertise to manage part of their own wealth. Vinit and his team will help them do so. On clients’ behalf, they will be able to implement markets solutions."
Sahni joins the global client group’s key client partners unit, which is responsible for specialist coverage of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
Sahni was most recently employed at Bank of America (BofA), where he was head of rates and foreign exchange sales for Europe and Asia, and global head of hedge fund and central bank sales for rates and foreign exchange.
Before BofA, Sahni was the co-head of fixed income sales for Goldman Sachs in Asia ex-Japan. Earlier in his career, he worked with Deutsche Bank’s global markets business.
