AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets (AXA IM – Real Assets), has named Crispijn Stulp as the head of asset management and transactions for the Netherlands.

Stulp will be responsible for managing the growth of assets in the Dutch market and will spearhead the daily management of the local team.

He will be based in Amsterdam and will report to head of asset management and transactions for Benelux, Guy Van Wymersch, and European head of transactions, Laurent Jacquemin.

Stulp most recently served as the transaction and development manager at Merin. He previously also worked at Fortis Property Group, and at ING Real Estate Development.

“We have ambitions to strengthen our presence in the Netherlands and expand our clients’ portfolios in those sub-sectors where we have already built up local expertise. Crispijn is the ideal candidate to lead this drive, as he joins with a wealth of valuable experience, giving me confidence in our ability to meet our growth objectives in this market,” Wymersch stated.

AXA IM – Real Assets has also appointed Robbert-Jan van Baal as its local head of asset management. Jan van Baal, who joined the firm in 2007, will now report to Stulp.
