Waverton Investment Management has acquired 2CG Senhouse, a London-based fund boutique specialising in Continental European and Southeast Asian equities, for an undisclosed amount.
Under the deal, 2CG Senhouse equity funds namely the European Capital Growth, European Income and Southeast Asian Focus funds will be transferred to Waverton.

The deal, is subject to regulatory approval, will also see the transfer of a team of five investment professionals with the business.
Waverton CEO Andrew Fleming said: "I am delighted to welcome the new team to Waverton and am confident that their expertise will further strengthen Waverton’s European and Asian equity offerings and that we will be a good home for 2CG Senhouse’s existing clients.
"Their focus on bottom-up stock selection and proven ability to identify attractive investment opportunities are in line with our core capabilities and ambitions at Waverton."
Senhouse director Charles Plummer said: "Waverton has a long and distinguished reputation primarily as a private client house, but the strength of its investment culture has, over the years, produced some remarkable fund managers.
