Zedra believes that the will substantially expand its reach to fast-growing US technology firms.

F&L focuses on supporting US companies to set up operations in the UK.

The F&L San Francisco office will remain integral in business development and supporting clients on the US West Coast.

F&L senior partner Gabriel Parrish called Zedra a “natural fit” and a “logical step forward in its growth plans.

“Our clients will now have access to an additional range of services to support their business ambitions,” Parrish noted.

As part of the deal, the London team of F&L comprising over 70 people will join Zedra.

This will increase Zedra’s UK headcount by two-fold.

Besides, Zedra will also absorb a team in Romania comprising 14 people. This team will offer support to the outsourcing services function.

Referring to F&L, Zedra CEO Ivo Hemelraad said: “Adding their knowledge and expertise to our Group will significantly extend the support we can offer to our international corporate clients and help them optimise their global expansion strategies.”
