Zedra, a provider of independent trust, fiduciary, corporate and fund services, has appointed Paul Nayar, Joe Donohoe, and Mark Cleary to its Channel Islands team.
Nayar has been named as finance director and Cleary as head of relationship management and funds, Guernsey. Both will hold pan-island roles across Jersey and Guernsey.
Nayar will be responsible for the firm’s financial procedures, policies, controls and reporting systems, working alongside the firm’s managing directors and the CFO. He has an experience of 22 years in the international finance industry, and previously held senior roles at several leading financial organisations.
Cleary will be tasked with managing the relationship management of bespoke fund services and acting on various fund boards. He has an experience of 25 years in funds and asset management sectors, mainly in Jersey, Luxembourg and Guernsey.
Donohoe has been appointed as client director, with responsibility for a global portfolio of high net worth families as well as developing new relationships.
