Northern Trust has been selected by VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Investment Fund (VOF) to provide fund administration services to VOF.
Northern Trust will administer the fund from its Guernsey office and will add to its growing client base in the Channel Islands.

The Vietnam Opportunity Fund will invests in listed and unlisted companies, debt instruments and private equity and real estate assets in Vietnam and surrounding Asian countries.
VOF chairman Steve Bates said: "Northern Trust understands the complexity and challenge of investing in frontier markets such as Vietnam and brings great understanding to the administrative issues we face.
"We aim to be at the forefront of governance in our region and are confident that Northern Trust will help us achieve that objective."
