U.S. Capital Advisors (USCA), a Texas-based financial services boutique, has appointed Jarrett Kovics as its new senior managing director and head of business development.
Kovics will spearhead growth of USCA’s wealth management operations and will report to the firm’s managing partners Patrick Mendenhall and David King.

Kovics most recently served as the Western divisional director of the private wealth management group at Robert W. Baird & Co (Baird).
He joined Baird in 2010, and previously also served as the firm’s branch manager of Dallas and Fort Worth wealth management offices and regional director of the Texas Market.
He formerly also worked at Morgan Stanley as well as Citi Smith Barney.
“With his extensive experience in advisor recruitment into existing and expanding markets, Jarrett is an ideal fit for this new role at USCA.
