Steward Partners Global Advisory, an independent partnership associated with Raymond James Financial Services, has set up a new office in Dallas, Texas.
The location is the company’s second in Texas after opening in Houston last March.
The Dallas office is the 18th location of the firm across the US.
Its other offices are located in Newtown, Washington, D.C., Clearwater, Andover, Boston, Baltimore, Bethesda, Portland, Keene, Manchester, Portsmouth, Paramus, Morristown, Albany, New York City, and Richmond.
The new office will be staffed by Brett Diamond and Jason Bottenfield.
The two previously worked at Morgan Stanley, managing $285m in assets.
They will now trade as Diamond & Bottenfield Private Wealth Management Team.
Steward Partners divisional president Chris Barton said: “We’ve been discussing Dallas as a part of our growth strategy for some time, but it wasn’t until we met with Brett, Jason, and Donna, that we felt we had the right team to make it a reality.
“We believe more and more people are beginning to see the true value in Steward Partners’ innovative partnership model and what the firm has to offer, and we couldn’t be more excited to continue our 2019 momentum by welcoming this talented team to the Steward family.”
