Executive search and leadership consulting firm RSR Partners has acquired Higdon Partners, a US-based asset management recruiting and advisory boutique, for an undisclosed sum.
Higdon Partners, founded in 1986 by Hank Higdon, is focused on helping investment management clients solve their complex leadership needs.

Hank Higdon has now assumed the role of vice chairman of RSR.
