Rinehart Wealth Management has appointed three financial executives Ken Thompson, Charles Conner and Cindy Wolfe to its newly formed advisory board, according to Charlotte Business Journal.

The trio, who are based in Charlotte, will serve on the board alongside Rinehart president and CIO Daniele Donahoe and Mary Rinehart, founder and CEO.

The advisory board will direct the investment firm on growth and development plans, including strategic planning and process improvement.

Ken Thompson, formerly CEO of Wachovia Corp retired from the firm in June 2008. Most recently he served as principal at New York-based Aquiline Capital Partners.

Conner has cofounded an investment-banking firm Bowles Hollowell, which was acquired by First Union Corp.

Wolfe, who has 26 years of banking experience, has most recently served as Charlotte market president for Bank of the Ozarks.
