RightCapital will combine its platform with Broadridge’s wealth management expertise, insights and data to help large enterprises enter the financial planning space.

As part of the partnership, RightCapital and Broadridge will host joint educational webinars on a variety of financial planning topics to help drive advisor performance and enhance operations.
Broadridge offers investor communications and technology-driven solutions to banks, broker-dealers, asset and wealth managers, and corporate issuers.
Last March, the company wrapped up the acquisition of FundsLibrary, which focuses on fund document and data dissemination.
In 2019, it took over ClearStructure Financial Technology to expand its asset management technology suite.
