Swiss banking group REYL & Cie has hired Ante Razmilovic as new head of its structured finance business, which is part of the company’s corporate advisory & structuring business line.

Razmilovic will oversee the business from London and report to Christian Fringhian, a Reyl partner and co-head of the family-owned bank’s corporate advisory and structuring arm.

He has nearly 25 years of experience in the structured and secured finance arena.

Most recently, Razmilovic worked as managing director at Goldman Sachs in London and Hong Kong. He joined the firm in 1997 and subsequently assumed a number of roles including responsibilities in structured finance in Europe and the Middle East.

Razmilovic, who started his career at Credit Suisse First Boston and Credit Suisse Financial Products in 1992, previously also worked at JP Morgan in London.

Fringhian said: “Our clients’ needs go far beyond the scope of traditional wealth management services. We are excited to broaden REYL’s offering through our new Structured Finance business which aims to provide funding solutions when traditional capital markets are not available, prohibitively expensive or overly cumbersome.
