Quintet Switzerland, part of Quintet Private Bank, has hired former BNP Paribas banker André Del Piero as the market head for domestic Switzerland.

In the new position, Del Piero will be responsible for building a client adviser team that will cater to Swiss resident clients and their families.

Del Piero noted: “Having served at some of the world’s largest wealth managers and at family offices, I was attracted by Quintet’s culture of partnership and relentless focus on delivering excellent client experience.”

Previous roles

Del Piero formerly served as the head of UHNWI and single-family offices for the German speaking region at BNP Paribas Wealth Management (Switzerland).

Besides, he worked as the head of premium clients for the Mittelland region at Credit Suisse (Switzerland).

He was also the managing director of a single-family office in Switzerland.

Moreover, his three-decade long financial career includes a stint at UBS Wealth Management. He served Swiss HNWI clients at the firm.

Quintet Switzerland CEO Emmanuel Fievet said: “André is a driven, experienced individual whose knowledge of the Swiss market is second to none.

The latest appointment comes soon after Quintet’s appointment of Jing Zhang Brogle as its market head for Asia International.
