Pinnacle Advisor Solutions has announced that industry veteran Dale Van Scoyk, GFS has joined the team as Director of Strategic Partnerships.
In his new role, Van Scoyk will identify and support qualified advisors who want to remain independent but seek the resources and the "know how" needed to compete through Pinnacle’s unique strategic partnership program. Dale has more than 20 years of experience working with advisors who are serious about advancing their practices, accelerating growth, streamlining operations and increasing profitability.
Peter McGratty, VP Business Development, Pinnacle Advisor Solutions, said: "I am delighted to welcome Dale to Pinnacle Advisor Solutions. We are seeing an acceleration in the number and size of advisors looking to join our strategic partnership program and we have been searching for an exceptional candidate to add to the team. Dale brings tremendous experience working on both the investment and practice management sides of the business that will be invaluable to our partners."
Dale led the expansion of Thornburg Investment Management’s mutual fund sales from $1.5 billion to more than US$16 billion. More recently he has been honing his practice management skills in his roles as a FINRA Arbitrator (compliance), a consultant at IPS AdvisorPro (technology and operations) and at the Sudden Money Institute (client communications and financial planning).
Dale contributes volunteer leadership to the profession with his involvement in local FPA chapters in Florida and Wisconsin, his service on the national FPA Board and his recent election to the Board of Trustees of the Foundation for Financial Planning.
Dale Van Scoyk, GFS, said: "I am thrilled to be joining the Pinnacle team. Having grown up in the RIA
environment, Pinnacle has proven over and over that they provide leading business solutions for "emerging" advisors, especially comprehensive financial planners, who are seeking independence or who are already independent and seeking additional resources and ‘know-how’. There is nothing more satisfying than leveraging my experience to help an advisor achieve success on their terms."
