Oracle Capital Group, a multi-family office and wealth consultancy, has entered into a partnership agreement with Banca Intesa, the Russian arm of Italy’s Intesa Sanpaolo Group, under which Banca Intesa’s private banking clients will get access to Oracle’s family office services in Russia and abroad.

Under the deal, Oracle Capital Group will exclusively provide Banca Intesa’s private banking clients its services for structuring and managing family wealth; for financing and protecting assets; for setting up companies in foreign jurisdictions; and for corporate, tax and judicial matters.

In addition, Oracle Capital Group will also manage matters related to the purchase of real estate in London and concierge services.

Oracle Capital said that the launch of the combined offering will offer a full-service package for HNWIs, assisting them with the solution of both financial and non-financial issues in Russia as well as in all other jurisdictions where the multi-family office operates.
