Illinois-based multi-boutique investment manager North Square Investments has finalised the purchase of Advisory Research’s All Cap Value Fund.
The vehicle will now operate under the name North Square Advisory Research All Cap Value Fund.

Advisory Research will remain the sub-adviser of the strategy.
The latest deal is in line with North Square’s strategy to provide an expanded suite of actively managed investment strategies.
The deal, which is North Square’s second this year, forms part of a broader relationship between the two parties.
North Square will market the acquired strategy into retail distribution channels, including broker-dealers and RIAs, “focused on the separately managed account (SMA) format as well as model delivery”.
