NMS Capital Advisors (NMS), an advisory firm focused on investment banking, securities and wealth management, has opened a new representative office in Dubai.

Additionally, the company has appointed Murray Watson and Graham Bell as managing directors.

In his new role, Watson will focus on EB-5 focused investments for private clients, drawing upon his experience in global student placement, consulting, and marketing. He will be based in Chennai, India, and will cover the surrounding Middle East region.

Watson, who joined NMS from Avid International, also served at a training company QTEC Learning and a student placement firm International Student Recruitment.

Bell, who will be based in Dubai, will focus on EB-5 investments in addition to cross-border M&A and investment banking transactions.

He has over two decades of experience in the consulting, financial services and technology sectors in the UK, USA, Asia, Africa, and Europe, and 15 years of experience in the Middle East.
