Morningstar Investment Management Europe, a unit of the Morningstar Investment Management group, has named Steve Croucher as its new COO.
Based in London, Croucher will oversee key functional areas of the firm’s investment management arm in EMEA.

He will work alongside global business leaders to manage product and account management, operations and trading, sales, distribution, and marketing.
Croucher joins Morningstar from Rockfire Capital, where he served as the COO.
In his financial services career of over 24 years, he also held similar roles at Border & Cie (UK), INSYNERGY Investment Management, and Skandia Investment Group.
Morningstar Investment Management global COO Matthew Radgowski said: “Steve’s knowledge of the global financial services marketplace is extensive, and he is excellently placed to help drive the success of our Morningstar Managed Portfolios services in the UK and throughout EMEA.
