Mirabaud Securities, a brokerage and corporate finance division of Swiss bank Mirabaud, has expanded its secondary brokerage business by hiring Patrick Mayhew as head of the equity sales team and Will Draper as head of equity research.
The pair will be responsible for enhancing Mirabaud’s sales and research capabilities in secondary brokerage.

Prior to joining Mirabaud, Mayhew and Draper worked with Espirito Santo in London.
Mayhew joined Execution Noble (which later became Espirito Santo) in 2009, where he was most recently head of pan-European equity sales. He started his banking career with Merrill Lynch in 1996.
Draper joined Execution Noble in 2004, where he was most recently head of European equities research. Prior to this, he worked with Accenture, HSBC James Capel and Lehman Brothers.
