Maples Fund Services, a fund services provider and part of MaplesFS, has named Brendan Tyne as the head of business development for North America.
Tyne will be responsible for developing the firm’s North America fund administration business, including its offices in Boston, Montreal, New York, and San Francisco. He will be supported by the firm’s global head Tyler Kim.

Tyne has an experience of more than two decades in the asset management sector, most recently as the managing director for North America at a global private equity and real estate fund administrator. Previously, he also focused on capital raising and managing institutional and HNW client relationships for hedge fund and fund-of-funds managers.
“Brendan brings a wealth of industry knowledge and practical experience that will immediately enhance our value proposition to clients. Through the design and delivery of innovative solutions, we will further expand our business in North America and continue to evolve our service offering to address emerging needs,” Kim said.
