Wealth structuring solutions provider Lombard International has named Florent Albert as its new global CFO.

Albert began his financial career at Continentale d’Entreprises. He also served at GE group, RSA Insurance, and MetLife France.

In the new role, Albert will report to group CEO John Hillman.

At the same time, Lombard International appointed Rui Pinto as the CFO for its Europe business.

Pinto previously served as the CFO at iptiQ Life in Luxembourg, part of Swiss-Re. He also worked at Swiss Life Global Solutions and PwC Luxembourg.

He will report to Europe CEO Axel Hörger as well as Albert.

The business’ assets under administration at the end of June 2019 were €44.9bn.
