
Lennertz & Co, an owner-managed family office, has appointed Achim Uebele, a renowned specialist in strategic consulting for affluent customers, foundations, and single-family offices.
After starting his career at Commerz Finanz Management, a former Commerzbank subsidiary, Uebele worked from 2005 to 2011 at UBS Switzerland’s Wealth Management in Zurich and St. Gallen.
Later on, he was promoted to branch manager of Five Minds AG, a German multi-family office in Switzerland. He joined the multi-family agency Kontora in Hamburg in 2013 as a senior family officer, concentrating on strategic advising for foundations and large families.
Other career stops include overseeing the newly launched Hamburg office of asset management Feri in 2019 and working as CFO for startup Tegus Medical beginning in mid-2020.
Since July, the graduate economist and EBS financial economist has served as Lennertz & Co’s head of Family Office.
