Kudu Investment Management, which offers capital solutions to asset and wealth managers, has made a minority investment in Chicago-based private equity firm Creation Investments Capital Management.
Details on the investment amount were not revealed.
Commenting on the investment, Creation Investments founder and managing partner Patrick Fisher said: “Our mission is to promote financial inclusion efforts in the developing world working alongside our portfolio companies on behalf of our investors.
“In Kudu, our team has found a supportive strategic partner to help us accelerate our growth.”
Creation Investments focuses on impact investments.
It offers private capital for micro lending, small and medium enterprise credit and other financial services in developing markets.
