A fomer iNED for SG Hambros Bank since 2016, Von Schweinitz will oversee the performance of the board and ensure effective governance of the business strategy. He has held a string of positions across banks, hege funds and private equity companies.

Pilipovic-Chaffey has been appointed as an iNED to both the CI Bank and CI Trust Boards, to help drive the strategic direction of the business and ensure prudent and sound management of the Board. Her appointment is subject to regulatory confirmation of no objection.

Commenting on the appointments, Christophe Huchet, CEO of Kleinwort Hambros, Channel Islands, said: “Konstantin and Dragica bring decades of experience at the highest level and their appointments support both our governance and growth agendas.”

Alongside the two new hires, Thomas Cummins has been appointed as head of private banking Channel Islands in hopes of advancing the banks growth agenda and position Kleinwort Hambros as the responsible bank for client service and expertise.

The former head of Private Banking Jersey, Cummins will be responsible for developing the client proposition and leading the commercial activities in the Channel Islands.

Huchet concluded: “We are also delighted to be announcing the appointment of Thomas who will continue to grow our business in both islands.
