Kingsview Partners, the US-based wealth management firm, has received a growth investment from local private equity group FTV Capital.
The investment size and other financial terms were not revealed.

Kingsview said the transaction will back its next stage of expansion.
This includes efforts to add more advisers, develop its technology and operations, and improve services spanning financial planning, investment management, insurance and other areas.
The transaction is scheduled to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to standard closing conditions and regulatory filings.
Kingsview’s existing management team will remain in place and keep a “significant ownership” stake.
Founded 10 years ago, Kingsview works with more than 100 advisers across 70 offices in 23 states.
It provides support in areas such as technology, compliance, operations and marketing.
The firm’s platform is designed for financial advisers moving into the independent RIA market.
Kyle Griswold, Mike Vostrizansky and Brandon Spierto of FTV are due to join Kingsview’s board as part of the transaction.

Kingsview will also have access to FTV’s Global Partner Network, a group of more than 600 executives, and FTV Propel, the firm’s internal operations team.
