Julius Baer International has hired Loris Vallone, Luke Downes and Ella Riesco to strengthen its London team.
Vallone has been appointed as head of strategic solutions, with responsibility for the development and enhancement of the firm’s product and service offering.

He most recently served as head of Italy domestic market at Julius Baer. Vallone previously also worked at Credit Suisse.
Downes has been appointed as portfolio management team leader and will spearhead a team of portfolio managers and will be a key part of the expansion of London’s portfolio management service.
He will report to head of portfolio management UK Edward Raymond, and will help him develop the discretionary portfolio management service, the private banking group said.
Downes most recently served as the head of global clients at Sanlam Private Wealth.
