JTC Group, a Channel Islands-based private wealth and fund administration services provider, has made three senior appointments in its offices in Jersey, London and Guernsey.
Stuart Pinnington has been appointed as the group’s head of corporate services.
In his new role, Pinnington will be responsible for the development of the corporate business division across the expanding network of Group offices and is based in Jersey.
Previously, Pinnington served as managing director of TMF Group in Jersey.
Additionally, Charles Grime has been appointed as group director and will be based in the Group’s London office.
Most recently, Grime served as a partner and investment director at Duet Infrastructure Partners which latterly became Aventa Capital Partners.
Furthermore, Marc Farror has been appointed as a director of the Guernsey office.
Farror will be responsible for developing the Group’s fiduciary business in Guernsey, and will also play a key role in working with JTC Group’s clients in Russia and CIS.
