An investment trust will be launched by Mobius Capital Partners, an emerging and frontier markets investment management firm, on the London Stock Exchange next month.

The new investment trust, which will join London Stock Exchange’s Main Market, is the first fund from Mobius Capital Partners that was founded by Mark Mobius, Carlos Hardenberg and Greg Konieczny in May 2018 after the trio’s departure from Franklin Templeton.

The vehicle, dubbed Mobius Investment Trust (MMIT), will offer exposure to small and mid-cap firms in emerging and frontier markets having an absolute return focus.

MMIT will also offer exposure to firms that have resilient business models and the potential for improvements in sustainability standards.
