The new office will be spearheaded by Intertrust China associate director of business development Felix Deng.

Deng has been overseeing corporate services, fund administration, capital markets and trust services for outbound and inbound investments since 2012.

Intertrust China managing director Bill Guo said: “Shenzhen is a rapidly growing city in China and has evolved to become one of the world’s leading hubs for high-tech companies.
