Fullerton Fund Management, a subsidiary of Singapore state wealth fund Temasek Holdings, has appointed Jenny Sofian as its new CEO.

Sofian will take over the new responsibility on 1 November 2017 from Ho Tian Yee, who has been serving as interim CEO following the exit of Manraj Sekhon in November 2016.

In the new role, Sofian will oversee development of Fullerton’s overall business strategy. She will also focus on expanding the firm’s third-party business.

Sofian most recently served as CEO and head of South Asia at Amundi Singapore. Previously, she was its regional director for Southeast Asia at the group level.

“Jenny is a proven leader with an established record of growing businesses and creating value for stakeholders,” Yee said.
