Fi-Tek, a provider of technology platforms and solutions to wealth management firms, has agreed to purchase Rockefeller & Co.’s Rockit Solutions business, which provides technology service for single-family and multifamily offices, investment advisors and private trust companies.

Rockefeller & Co has also signed a long-term arrangement with Fi-Tek to deliver information management services for itself and its clients.

Financial terms of the deal, which is scheduled to complete on or about 1 February 2016, have not been disclosed.

Rockefeller & Co. is a wealth and investment management firm serving individuals, families and institutions.

Rockefeller & Co. president and CEO Reuben Jeffery said: "We look forward to working with Fi-Tek as they further enhance and develop Rockit’s operational, technology and reporting platform for the benefit of our organizations and our respective clients going forward."
