Falcon Private Wealth Dubai (FPWB), a subsidiary of Switzerland-based Falcon Private Bank, has commenced its operation in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

The private banking boutique has secured Category III (3c) license from the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) to start operations in Dubai.

The 3c license will enable FPWB to deliver customised financial solutions to the company’s regional customers.

Falcon Private Bank CEO Eduardo Leemann said: "Our new DIFC licence will enable us to strengthen our local wealth management capabilities and provide clients with even more customised financial services.

FPWB global head private banking and chairman Erich Pfister said: "This step emphasises our strong commitment to the UAE and aims to support our growth plans in the MENA region."
