The global supplier of managed services, technology, and financial services, Delta Capita, has appointed Caroline O’Sullivan as head of Ireland.

Located in Dublin, O’Sullivan will be in charge of managing client interactions, supervising business operations, and creating and implementing Delta Capita’s regional business plan with an emphasis on fostering sustainable growth across all key service lines.

She will report to Philip Freeborn, co-head of global markets and wholesale banking services at Delta Capita.

O’Sullivan oversaw the execution of Delta Capita’s assignments in Ireland in her previous post as chief operating officer.

With over two decades of experience in the financial services business and several senior roles held at top investment banks and financial markets trade associations, she offers a wealth of knowledge.

She stated: “I am honoured and excited to take on the role of head of Delta Capita Ireland. Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and unparalleled service to our clients and I look forward to leveraging our strong foundation to drive further growth and success throughout the region.”

Caroline’s strong connection to our staff and dedication to their progress will make her a pivotal force in talent attraction and retention.”

Additionally, Delta Capita has been hiring new employees; in June, Nick Frost was appointed global chief financial officer (CFO).

To build the company’s financial strategy and support Delta Capita in its ambitious expansion objectives, he will collaborate closely with the global business leadership team.

Frost said: “I am delighted to be joining Delta Capita at such an exciting and critical time in its growth trajectory. I look forward to collaborating with the team to ensure strong financial growth as Delta Capita continues its mission to reinvent the financial services value chain.”
