Crestbridge, a Jersey-based real estate, fund and corporate services provider, has opened a new office in London.

The move office will bolster the firm’s current service offering, particularly in the area of accounting and reporting, as well as providing UK-based services for clients managing REITs and other UK-based funds.

The new office, which will be led by director Steven Morrice, will offer clients and advisors in the City with access to Crestbridge’s services and support. Crestbridge currently serves clients from its existing offices in Jersey, Luxembourg and the Cayman Islands.

The WSM Property (WSMP) division has now become part of the Crestbridge Group due to specific client demand for UK based real estate administration, accounting and reporting services.

The new London office board will comprise Paul Windsor as well as WSM partner, Gavin Stebbing.
