CI Institutional Asset Management has collaborated with CBRE Global Investment Partners to unveil a global real estate fund for high net worth investors and smaller institutions in Canada.
The new vehicle, dubbed CI Global Private Real Estate Fund, will offer investors exposure to CBRE Global Investment Partners Global Alpha Fund with direct investments in over 1,900 properties in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

The new fund is currently available to permitted clients with a minimum investment of $2m as well as accredited investors with a minimum investment of $150,000
