Carlyle president and COO Glenn Youngkin said: "Her 14 years at Carlyle and most recent roles as COO & CFO of Investment Solutions enable her to hit the ground running.
Dillard said: "I am excited to work with the teams to build upon the strong momentum of the Investment Solutions business. Investment Solutions’ products in the market are well received, we are winning mandates and adding managed accounts.
"These developments demonstrate the strength of our teams and the opportunity in secondaries, funds and co-investment, and the liquid alternatives space."
