Cantor Fitzgerald Wealth Partners has hired Scott Hotham as executive vice president and head of US private wealth management sales.

Based in New York, Hotham will report to Stan Gregor, CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald Wealth Partners.

In his new role, Hotham will be responsible for growing the wealth management business, and building out the infrastructure of the firm’s expanding platform.

Prior to joining Cantor Fitzgerald, Hotham served as managing director and head of institutional client solutions and strategy at Merrill Lynch.

Previously, he also served as regional managing director of the South Atlantic region for Merrill Lynch.
