Broadridge Financial Solutions has acquired AdvisorStream, a provider of digital engagement and marketing solutions for wealth and insurance firms.
The deal bolsters Broadridge’s front-to-back office wealth capabilities, which will position it better to serve advisors and firms intending to attract and engage prospects and clients across important digital channels.
AdvisorStream’s advisor marketing platform allows advisors to boost revenue and growth by offering personalized and consistent client communications.
This platform brings together marketing automation with engaging content licensed from global media sources.
The broad data foundation of Broadridge along with AdvisorStream will allow financial advisors to point out what is relevant and engaging for individual prospects and clients at every step of the investor lifecycle.
Advisors will be able to boost revenue and growth by offering each investor with the right communication, at the right time.
Furthermore, AdvisorStream’s compliance capabilities offer flexibility for advisors while easily integrating into current head office marketing workflows.
