UK wealth manager Brewin Dolphin has named Adam Wilkins as new head of its Birmingham office, replacing Stephen Glazer.

Wilkins, who joined Brewin Dolphin in 1995, has played a key role in establishing the Birmingham office.

Currently, he manages a diverse range of portfolios for charities, religious funds, private clients and family trust funds.

Prior to joining Brewin Dolphin, Wilkins worked with Smith Keen Cutler and Greig Middleton Financial Services. He is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).

Meantime, Glazzard will take over a consultancy role at the wealth manager ahead of his retirement.

Set up in 1995, the Birmingham office currently employs 50 staff, with 20 investment managers and financial advisers.
