Wealth technology provider Objectway has delivered client management system for British wealth manager Brewin Dolphin.

Part of the Objectway WealthTech Suite, the Client Lifecycle Management & Onboarding solution is designed to offer enhanced client experience and client relationships, utilising integrated digital capabilities.

According to the company, this system can manage the entire client life cycle, covering prospecting, onboarding, as well as ongoing service delivery including suitability reviews and other periodic and ad-hoc events.

Furthermore, it is said to support enhanced client-adviser digital collaboration over an optimised omnichannel mix to serve different scenarios and client requirements.

Objectway UK CEO Alberto Cuccu said: “Achieving operational scalability and improving client’s and adviser’s engagement are top priorities for wealth management firms today. We are proud that our solutions Conectus first and Eximius Client Engage now have significantly helped Brewin Dolphin in this direction.”

Objectway said that it has completed training of Brewin Dolphin personnel, including a ‘dress rehearsal’ to ensure a smooth switch.

Last year, Brewin Dolphin launched an app providing clients with access to information about the performance of their portfolios.

This app, called MyBrewin has been developed by Objectway.

In January last year, Objectway purchased Algorfin, a provider of IT and administrative outsourcing services for asset managers, custodian banks and other financial operators, from Unione Fiduciaria.
