Knoxville-based mutual fund company Back Porch Vista Capital Management, an advisor to the BPV family of funds, has acquired New Jersey-based investment management firm Skyview Investment Advisors.
Steven Turi will take on the role of CIO for BPV’s New Jersey venture while industry veteran Andrew Melnick will serve as the new chief investment strategist overseeing the research and development and market insights wings.

The firms have not disclosed the terms of the acquisition.
