Bank of New York Mellon, an asset management and securities servicing firm, has appointed Navneet Singh as country executive for India and chief representative of the company’s representative office in Mumbai.

 

Reportedly, in this new position, Mr. Singh will be based in Mumbai and lead the development and implementation of the company’s business strategy for India with a focus on strengthening and broadening local client relationships. He will report to Christopher Sturdy, chairman of Asia Pacific, based at the company’s regional Asia Pacific headquarters in Hong Kong.
