BNP Paribas has signed a license agreement with Richard Bernstein Advisors (RBA) to use RBA’s intellectual property, specifically the Richard Bernstein Advisors American Industrial Renaissance mark to provide select market-linked certificates of deposit and market linked notes.

Serge Troyanovsky, managing director and head of structured products retail distribution for BNP Paribas Securities, said:"We are pleased to have entered into this license agreement with RBA and believe that the Richard Bernstein Advisors American Industrial Renaissance(SM) concept will offer value to our clients."

Richard Bernstein, CEO of RBA, said: "Small and mid-cap domestically-focused U.S. manufacturing and industrial companies are clearly starting to gain market share."

BNP Paribas using the RBA’s mark Richard Bernstein Advisors American Industrial Renaissance intends to launch its first product in September 2013.
