Debner brings 25 years of public accounting experience to BKD. His career, which includes an 18-year stint at Deloitte, including time as a managing partner, has given him extensive insight into working with a wide range of clients and their needs. Debner is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants. Active in the community, he has served on the Junior Achievement of Central Iowa Board of Directors for 12 years and is currently chairman. He also is on the Choose Des Moines Communities Board of Directors and is a board member of the Association of Business & Industry.
