AXA Wealth has begun restructuring their distribution team by doubling the number of advisor-facing positions, writes Patrick Brusnahan.

Mark Links, AXA’s head of operations since April, has led the change which will see advisor-facing positions jump from 40 to 80.
This reorganisation was constructed after adviser feedback from stating which roles they most valued.

One of the main aims is to increase accessibility with contact and support being available online, over the phone or one-to-one in their offices.

Links said: "When it comes to adviser servicing our new dedicated client service teams are equipped to support all our partner firms. Accessibility is key, so we have designed some of the best support services in the market.
