Investment management company PT AXA Asset Management Indonesia has rebranded itself as PT Architas Asset Management Indonesia in a move to bring together AXA’s investment management and consultation services.
PT AXA Asset Managament Indonesia has over 10 years of experience in investment management industry offering such financial management services as mutual fund and discretionary fund.
Architas Indonesia president director Edhi Widjojo said the change in the company’s identity would speed up its market expansion and the creation of new products.
Architas Indonesia, which managed $243.71m in funds as of April, provides a multimanager portfolio, such as mutual funds products AXA MaestroObligasi Plus and MaestroDollar as well as Maestrolink Equity Plus investment product.
Widjojo said: “We want this opportunity to allow us to develop and grow better as an investment manager business in Indonesia.”
The rebranding will not affect the existing products and services of the company.
Architas, which is part of Paris-based AXA Group, manages over $39.43bn in investment funds, with the UK and Europe as the largest markets.
Architas CEO Matthieu Andre said: “Indonesia is one of Architas’ priority markets in Asia. We hope to provide more products and a greater variety of services for our consumers.”
Architas has expanded rapidly in Asia in recent years, and opened its Hong Kong-based asset management business in April 2020.
The company has also made several appointments for the new business, which will trade as Architas Asia.
